Record Conditions: The vinyl record is excellent, clean and shiny, has tiny paper scuffing on disc surface that doesn't affect the sound quality.
Jacket Conditions: The jacket would be near mint if not minor discolouring at bottom corner which is not quite visible. It is still in its original plastic wrap. The record is protected in the original MCA Nostalgia Series paper sleeve (ref. pictures).
First-hand owner from smoke and pet free home. The record was rarely played.
