This record is in near mint condition. It has just a couple of short and faint spindle marks on each of the labels and there are no pen marks, stains or scuffs. The labels are clean, bright and are in very nice condition. 

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean with little showing. There is nothing at all obvious or remotely sinister with just a few of the most minor and light wispy lines showing faintly when angled. Overall a very nice piece of vinyl with minimal signs of age to its playing surfaces.

I play tested the record and it played really well. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm.

The sound produced is excellent throughout with no sticks, skips or annoying tics and nice clarity. There is little to no surface noise in any track and even the run ins and between tracks is nice and clear. Overall it plays great from start to finish.

The sleeve is in excellent condition. It has just very light wear and rubbing to parts of the edges and corners with the writing along the spine all legible. There are no splits, and no tears or pen marks. There is hardly any creasing or ring marks showing, and little to no fading or grubbiness. There is a small white spot or small scuff to the front bottom right area. Due to this and the slight rubbing to the edges I have graded at 'EX' which I think is fair and accurate as overall it is a very presentable sleeve. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.

It includes its original lyric inner which is in excellent+ condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but has some very slight ring marks and a hint of age/handling. I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure no damage occurs to the original during transit.

The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
