Record is sealed, autographed card came outside the record. Will come with the EXCLUSIVE version pop-up and Troye Sivan poster. all the content, complete, as well as the separate signed autographed card. 
New, but there's a minor peel on the upper, outer border of the vinyl, not visible on the front or back covers.  Just a little on the spine, but can easily be remedied back together. 
Shrink wrap is not damaged. It must be due to the thicker amount of bonus content inside the vinyl sleeve.  Very minor, see photos. 
Definitely a MUST-HAVE Troye Sivan collector's item in an overall EXCELLENT condition for an amazing EP. Contains the track "10/10" that was exclusive to the vinyls, to then released on streaming platforms,  as well as VINYL ONLY VOICE MEMOS for tracks: "Easy", "Rager Teenager!" and "IN A DREAM".  Complete.
