From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . . 
The is the third Garbage album on Mushroom MUSH95LP that I bought in the UK on release in 2001.
The single sleeve is nearly mint. There are no tears/creases and the spine is perfect. The only blemish is a very tiny dint to the top right corner and perhaps a hint of rubbing to the open edge, but you can see from the pictures that these are very minor indeed.
The is a shiny card insert with lyrics, credits etc. and this is absolutely mint.
The vinyl looks shiny and new. I know I will have played it when I got it too check it was okay, and perhaps a couple of further times, but that will have been it as I've got the album on CD for car etc. as well so listened to that. In fact there are no signs of it being played and any slight imperfections are just in the original pressing. I've just put on a variety of sections to check and it plays really well with none of the background noise you often get, so this must have been a very good pressing.
