Disc is VG+ with some light scattered hairlines. There is one approx. 1/4" - 1/2" mark I can lightly feel with my finger. Cover I'd say is strong VG due to some age wear. There's about a 1/2" - 1" split top opening edge, otherwise no splits, writing, tears.
