This is for an original Edison Black & White label record recorded in 1924, first pressing 78rpm and here is what is on both sides -
SIDE ONE - Label says song title is The Wreck on the Southern Old 97" by Vernon Dalhart and Label marked "51361-R" and "9514" and the Dead Wax (Matrix) is marked "9514-C-1".
SIDE TWO - NO label on side two but we know that title is "I wasn't Scared, but I thought that I had Better Go" by Ernest Hare and label is marked "51361-L" and the Dead Wax (Matrix) is marked "9556-A-1-3".
NOTE - It is VERY hard to get a good photo, so don't go by my picture, the label is black, and record is too!!
COMBINED SHIPPING: We have more records and do not mind combining items for cheaper shipping, first LP is $5, after that only .75 cents per each additional LP up to 5. After five, email please.
CONDITION - This is an original with NO cracks or breaks and in VG shape. Side one has some blemishing but NO major scratches, looks good, needs cleaning! Properly cleaned could easily be EX to EX+ or better, ONLY real blemish is a chip on the dead wax at start, but still has enough room to set needle down on record dead wax and start song. Side two label is missing but record looks really good. This sounds pretty typical of 78rpm's. Please see pictures.
