THESE RECORDS WERE CLEANED BY A NITTY GRITTY RECORD VACUUM

Record: VG (record surfaces are reflective and have only minor  scuffing/light scratches - main issue is slight warping - I needed to put the tone arm at high weight in order to avoid jumping at the beginning, but once that was done, all the songs played through  - I recorded all the songs and encourage you to listen to them)

Jacket: VG- (See photos - small surface tear to front and spine wear; red velvet has some staining)

NO INSERT - RED VELVET (I've seen versions with a black back - not sure if that is due to a replacement back or that some were not issued with red velvet l as was this one)

Please check my other listings; I try to offer numerous records in the same genres at the same time.  All records I sell are first cleaned and then strictly and conservatively Goldmine graded (see below).  Portion of record not in photo is protected by poly-lined sleeve.  I have collected, traded and sold records for 40 years and all records are, of course, guaranteed.  All records are mailed in a brand new heavy duty Bags Unlimited cardboard box mailer with appropriate insulation, poly-lined paper sleeves for the records and a plastic slip cover for the jacket.  Record and jacket are separated for storage and mailing.

GRADING

78 grading differs from 45 and 33 grading.  The following is based on the grading standards presented in the 3rd Edition of the American Premium Record Guide by L.R. Docks

 New or N

New; apparently unplayed and of course showing no signs of wear

Excellent or E

Showing only slight wear; playing surfaces still retain much o their original shine. Surface noise is minimal

Very Good or VG

Somewhat more worn than a Excellent record, slight grayness appearing in the grooves, especially in louder passages. Still fairly clean and acceptable copy. Surface and extraneous noise is noticeable, but does not overwhelm the music.

Good or G

A misnomer; a good record is really not so good. It shows considerable wear and usage, grayness in the grooves, random mars and light abrasions from an undoubted sleeveless existence. Surface noise is prominent enough to impair enjoyment of the music.
