Smoke Free & Pet Free Home. The sleeve has wear esp in bottom right corner. Most likely water but I bought it this way bc the record itself was as clean as could be. Who plays a sleeve anyway? You play the RECORD!!! And this record is VG++. It is impeccable. The record has been cleaned with VPI - MW-1 Cyclone record cleaning machine and kept in MOFI sleeve.
