I would consider the record to be in VG+ condition, minimal light surface markings, no deep gouges, no warping.. I would consider the record sleeve to be in G+ condition, the artwork is still in great condition. Cardboard is wavy on the record sleeve (due to water damage), tear at bottom of record sleeve, no inner sleeve, some discoloration due to what looks like a dried up water mark (shown in last two photos).
