Later pressing of the superb and widely acclaimed non Robert Ludwig originally mastered LP edition of II. Stamper numbers/letters in the trail-off vinyl / "dead wax" are as follows: Side One: STA 691671-AA   Side Two: STA 691672-Z    These albums were already mixed when he got to work on them.  His job was to master them in a way that would help bring out the best sonic value of what the mixing engineer, producer and actual artist intended.  So, when you read about the so-called, "hot mix" that he is credited with, you will be all the wiser (and you can send the auction holders that describe the "hot mix" a note, correcting them, and in the process, educating them as well.  Just sayin'.  I've played another copy similar to this and compared to the original RL pressings, these are no slouches.

Vinyl is in very clean never played Mint condition with great sheen.  Nice Atlantic green/white and red labels are clean and free of spindle marks.     

Gatefold cover is in excellent shape with some ring wear on the front and back cover at the top of the front and back.  Some minor fraying on the top and bottom edges.  Corners show some wear and feathering.  Spine is intact and in great shape.  Inner part of the gatefold is in super clean condition. Small sticker residue on the upper front right cover.  No seam splits.   Comes with original Atlantic inner sleeve and is in very clean condition.

Sound Quality: This is a fantastic sounding mix and it sounds fantastic! You all know that the 60's, 70's and 80's vinyl pressings are the way to go and the recording, mastering, quality, and sound are FANTASTIC! You won't find this stuff anymore. Just take a listen for yourself like I did.

Condition: I grade according to Goldmine standards. That means a VG+ vinyl will be just that, an LP that is in beautiful condtion! I am very picky when it comes to grading and grade to Goldmine standards. I absolutely hate it when dealers ameliorate the condition of the vinyl!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially when I am the buyer!! All my Lp's have been stored in my house upright on a shelf in an air conditioned and dry environment, meaning no warping, staining or mildew!
