Siekiera "Nowa Aleksandria" LP 1984, Poland - a band that attracted interest from the very beginning of its activity showed up at the Jarocin Festival. Punk sound, engaged texts, cultural contestation. Siekiera, because we are talking about this band, quickly gained a reputation as a cult band not only in punk circles.
The debut album of the band "Nowa Aleksandria", released on vinyl, was released in 1986, and its subsequent re-editions enjoyed great popularity. A unique re-edition of the album will be released in August 2017. The music label MTJ presents an album prepared from original analogue tapes. Remarkable quality, authenticity and originality are the foundations of the latest release.
