From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . . .
These are early Human League releases on the Fast and Virgin labels. I got them on spec as soon as they came out and the Fast 12" includes the flexi disc which I think makes it quite rare.
The sleeve for 'Dignity of Labour' is barely marked. If you look carefully it looks as though close to, and on, the spine there is a very slight green hint to the grey colour (see picture). Not sure if this is original, but the only other thing I can think is that as it's been on shelving the spine will have been exposed to light so perhaps over 40 years that has had an effect and maybe others have this as well. The 12" vinyl looks mint. I think I would have played it once when I got it but that may well have been it as I've no idea what the tracks sound like. The one-sided flexi won't have been played at all. Because it is a flimsy item there is one slight dint of about 1cm near the outside which looks like was always there and I wondered if it might be audible so I've just carefully put the needle on for a few seconds and it plays that section fine and actually sounds like the band is having a conversation about something!
The sleeve for 'The Men' 12" single, which is early Human League in disguise, is complete but shows signs of rubbing from storage. There's also a blemish on the front which I think was where it became attached to another sleeve years and years ago, and when separated some of that sleeve got stuck to it but I've never tried to remove it. The vinyl looks like new and I'm not sure I even played this one.
I'll package them very carefully and send out in the UK with free P+P.
