10 item Beatles record collection! Mostly in pristine condition with absolutely no beaters or rubbish...
Beatles for Sale by the Beatles.
Stereo Swedish press from the mid seventies to the best of my knowledge.
PCS 3062
YEX 142 3/143 2
Firstly, the record:
Visually stunning. Labels are clean & unmarked with next to no spindle wear. Both playing surfaces are clean & unmarked. This looks like a very seldom handled & played disk. It's of nice quality too - feels like a 180 g pressing. British copies of this era had been thinned out to 150 g or so & suffered in sound quality in my opinion.
I have play tested this record (no *visual testing only* nonsense) & it sounds superb from beginning to end with no significant deterioration in sound.
Secondly, the sleeve:
Pristine. The pictures tell a thousand words.
Comes with original inner sleeve.
With the Beatles.
Rare stereo UK press from 1969 to the best of my knowledge - I think the last pressing of the sixties.
PCS 3045
YEX 110 2/111 2
Firstly, the record:
Visually very nice. Labels are clean & unmarked with very little spindle wear. A light handling line or two on either side but nothing more upsetting than that. This looks like a very seldom handled & played disk.
I have play tested this record (no *visual testing only* nonsense) & it sounds superb from beginning to end with no significant deterioration in sound.
Secondly, the sleeve:
In line with the disk. The pictures tell a thousand words.
Further notes:
No Stereo caption on the front which I think was specific to these pressings alone. Strangely the *gotta* misprint is still on this one - generally I'd have thought this was corrected by this stage so it seems like something of a rarity.
Love Songs compilation.
Original stereo UK press from the 1977 to the best of my knowledge.

Comes with original inner sleeves stamped by a long forgotten Cardiff record shop.
A Hard Day's Night & Help!
PCS 3058/3071
UK repressings from the mid 1970s to the best of my knowledge.
Firstly, the records:
Both visually superb. Clean labels, unblemished disks - time warp copies which has seen little (if any) turntable action.
I have play tested these records (no *visual testing only* nonsense) & they sound terrific. They are upfront & bright just like stereo pressings should be. The run ins are deathly quiet. They sound like they were bought off the shelf yesterday.
Secondly, the sleeves:
More or less pristine. The spine & corners are razor sharp & the inner sleeves are in good nick too.
Let it Be.

Portuguese repress to the best of my knowledge.
Both disk & sleeve are in pristine, seldom handled condition in line with Help & AHDN as described above.
The record sounds nearly as good as new.
A Collection of Beatles Oldies.
FA 4130811
UK Fame repress.
Both disk & sleeve are in pristine, seldom handled condition except for a very slight spot of wear on the spine.
The record sounds nearly as good as new & is an excellent cut of an under regarded classic.
1967-1970 Blue Compilation.
11C 170 05309/10
Portuguese copy from 1977 to the best of my knowledge.
Firstly, the records:
Visually show very light signs of play but generally are pleasing to the eye. They both sound great all the way through.
Secondly, the sleeve:
Shows again light signs of handling but is generally strong, clean & intact with a decent spine. Comes with both blue printed lyric inners which are slightly worn but good enough.
Further notes:
Misprint: Sgt Peper's Lonely Hearts Club Band on the label.
Magical Mystery Tour
8E 068 06243
Firstly, the record:
Visually in lovely condition with clean & unmarked labels. Sounds fab with no significant deterioration in sound from start to finish.
Secondly, the sleeve:
Strong, clean & intact with a light bend in the top left corner & I suppose the inside of the gatefold is slightly faded if I'm being picky. Not too shabby at all though.
Further notes:
Mystery is mis spelled as *Mistery* on the spine & both labels.
Milk & Honey by Lennon & Ono.
POLH 5
Original UK pressing of the first (of many) posthumous releases on Polydor to the best of my knowledge.
Record, printed inner sleeve & outer gatefold sleeve are all in pristine condition. The record is dusty though.
A great opportunity for a very tidy collection! 12 pictures don't really do this lot justice but I'll happily send more if you're interested.
Offers welcome.
I post promptly and securely second class to keep costs down and I sometimes use recycled packaging.
Polite disclaimer:
If you don't have the means to pay for a bid within 48 hours of sale then please let me know before bidding.
Also if you intend making an offer but you have further questions about the items for sale, then you should ask them *prior to making that offer. By making an offer you are committed to the sale should the retailer accept it as per eBay terms and conditions. Sorry to have to mention this but I've suffered some frankly rotten buying etiquette recently.
Domestic or GSP buyers only please.
