This seller has a great point, but let me just reiterate that the box is completely untouched and brand new & the records have never been taken it out of their poly sleeves

because the actual box itself (as the seller mentions,) was never factory sealed in its original issue, I opened the shipping box just to be sure of its contents and integrity.

Technically, I can’t claim it’s Sealed (none of these were,) but brand new, untouched, and in its original shipped state!

Helllo. On this Beatles box.. if the shipping box is not factory sealed, then you cannot claim it as sealed because the inner box (as shown) was never sealed or shrink-wrapped within the outer box. Once you cut the shipping box open, this is no longer considered sealed…
