Mythodea is an epic choral symphony by the Greek composer Vangelis and was originally composed in 1993. With the support of both NASA and the Greek government, he recorded the symphony in the Greece's Music Hall together with two harpists, the 120-person chorus of the Greek National Opera, the 75-person London Metropolitan Orchestra and several percussionists. In this piece, human civilization is represented in outer space, with the classical mood Vangelis explores new musical territories. Vangelis' unique and self-written pseudo lyrics are given life via the harmonies of the chorus. The mood allows the listener to interpret the music in their own way.

Mythodea is a limited edition of only 500 individually numbered copies on flaming coloured vinyl, and includes a 4-page booklet with pictures and liner notes.
