Here is a great lot of 12 Rock/Pop LPs from the 70s and 80s that came from my collection, ones that I listened to growing up. I am not a collector and can't grade, but I can tell you the condition of each as I see it. You will get:
1. Three Dog Night "Cyan" 1973 - the cover shows a little bit of wear around the edges and corners, and there is a small (an eighth of an inch?) hole in the bottom left corner that goes all the way through to the back. The inner sleeve looks very nice, but it does have that corresponding hole in the bottom left corner. Otherwise it is clean with no marks or creases. 2. Three Dog Night "Harmony" 1971 - the cover is ok, but does show a lot of wear on the edges. There are two rips on the bottom edge, one in the middle (where the record hits) and one on the right side. There are smudge marks and some wear on the front and back cover. The inside sleeve has rips on the bottom and left edge in the middle. 3. Three Dog Night "Hard Labor" 1974 - The cover shows wear on the edges and corners with some smudging and light creases. The inside cover looks very nice. When it lays open, you can see a small rip on the bottom edge where the center fold is. The sleeve is a plain white paper sleeve and has no rips. This also comes with an insert that looks like a file fold which opens up to "medical records." This insert is in very good condition with no marks or rips, a little wear on the edges due to age. 4. Carpenters "The Singles 1969-1973" 1972/73 - Overall this album looks really nice. The front and back cover show very little wear with some very minor marks and just minor wear on the edges. The inside cover pages again are very nice, no real flaws. The inside sleeve also is in great condition, with no rips at all, no creases or marks either. This also comes with a booklet insert that is in practically perfect condition, no rips, folds, marks or wear at all. 5. Carpenters "A Kind of Hush" 1976 - really nice condition. The cover has very minor wear on the front and back, and edges have very minor wear as well. The inside sleeve is very nice with no rips or marks, just a faint ring that can be seen where the record lays inside. 6. Carpenters "Ticket to Ride" no date, but previously released as "Offering." The front cover shows some wear around the dark blue frame area, and there is a little bit of wear around the edges and corners. The inside sleeve is a plain paper sleeve with no rips or marks. 7. Simon & Garfunkel "Sounds of Silence" 1965 - for being over 55 years old, this cover looks just great! There is a little bit of wear on the edges and corners, but the graphics are still great. The back cover, which is black and white, has a little bit of yellowing around the edges and light smudge marks. The inside sleeve is a plain paper sleeve, which has no rips but has yellowed due to age.
8. "Something Special" Collector's Limited Edition, couldn't find a date anywhere. This album was put together exclusively for Shurfine Foods. The front and back covers show some rubbing wear and there is a light crease on the front cover toward the left side. The sleeve is plain paper and has yellowed. 9. Jim Croce "You Don't Mess Around With Jim" 1972 - The album cover has some wear around the edges, and there is a rip on the middle of the bottom edge (where the record hits from inside). The cover has yellowed around the edges from age, and there is what looks like a pencil mark on the front left side. The inside covers look good, again some yellowing on the edges. This does not have a sleeve for the vinyl. 10. Chicago "Self Titled" 1973 - this is in really nice condition. The front and back covers show just a little bit of smudging/rub marks, and the edges and corners have very minimal wear. The inside cover looks pretty good, but there is a small rip right in the center of the middle crease. The inside sleeve looks very good, with no rips or marks at all, just minor wrinkling. 11. The Best of Peter, Paul and Mary "(Ten) Years Together" 1970 - This is a really nice album overall. The cover has some light wear marks on the right side of the front, but the edges show practically no wear at all. The inside cover looks practically new, with no marks at all. The inside sleeve has yellowed a bit from age, and there is a rip on the bottom edge at the middle. This also comes with a booklet that is in excellent condition. There are not marks, rips, folds or even wrinkling. 12. The Beatles "1967-1970" 1973 - the front and back cover show a little bit of wear on the edges, and there is faint creasing towards the middle fold on the front. The inside cover is great, showing only the faintest bit of yellowing around the edges. The glue on the top right corner of the insert side has given way and there is about a 2" separation, but not a rip. The sleeve is pretty good, does have small rips on the top corners of one side, and there is a rip at the bottom edge in the middle.

The vinyl itself looks pretty good on all of these, but I can't play them to test them out.

I hope that helps, and please be sure to look at all of the pictures too.
I am getting rid of all of my lps from the 70's and 80's, so I'll be listing them as I get time. Take a look and maybe there's something else you want and can take advantage of combined shipping.
Thanks for looking! :-)
