This is the original Spiderleg Records issue with gatefold sleeve, insert included. Vinyl is in great shape. Sleeve shows slight discoloration top/front, and there's a slight tear on the back with a small crease in the bottom right corner. (Check the photos, they're the item you're bidding on.)
