Vinyl condition: Somewhere between NM & VG+ - There is the occasional hairline, but these are hard to see with the eye, let alone catch on camera. I've uploaded as many high quality pictures as possible so you can see for yourself.
Sleeve condition: VG. It's been housed in a plastic protector since 1993, so doesn't have any rips. There is a slight 2mm rub on the bottom of the sleeve but this is tiny. It does have some slight ring wear but is mostly a bit dusty. It is 30 years old after all. I'm sure this can be cleaned off. The last thing to point out is there is residue from a price sticker that has long since gone. Again, I'm sure this can be cleaned off.
