"You Are My Sunshine" b/w "Till The End" by Rod Lemke and The Pearls was released on Alki Records (#561). The label was based in Seattle - presumably the band was from the same area. I don't know when it was released but most of the other records from this collection were from around 1960. "You Are My Sunshine" is the well-known tune turned into a rock 'n' roll instrumental, while the flip is a slow dance number (instro as well). This is a scarce one - not on discogs or 45cat, only one recorded sale 7 years ago, might be your only chance for a while! 
The vinyl is in VG condition with various scuffs, a few scratches, that are mostly inaudible. The labels show rubbing.
