I believe this is a version that probably came with an embossed plastic outer sleeve, but there is not one present.
one piece insert (front cover printed on front, rear cover printed on back, does not open up like a normal record cover), normal record cover card-stock, with curved lower corners.
vinyl has some fairly light wear.

with Warner/Reprise company inner.
