From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . . 
This is Bill Nelson's solo album released independently (on Smile LAF2182) before he formed Be Bop Deluxe. There were only 250 originally pressed that came with inserts, but this is an early repressing that came without the inserts but has the same cover and vinyl. I think I picked it up in Wakefield during the early days of Be Bop Deluxe.
On a first pressing the Copy No. would have been filled in, but you can tell this is an early re-pressing as the sleeve still had Limited Edition on it although it was left blank. I think it was just sold at the Record Bar in Wakefield. 
The cover is on thin glossy card and folds out as shown. It has a bit of rubbing and some wear at the edges, but looks very good considering it is 50 years old.
The vinyl looks shiny and new because it has hardly ever been played, and there are no scratches etc. The matrix numbers are: HG + 116 + N + A HG + 116 + N + B Although it's not had much play (less than a dozen times) I know that it plays well so to check I've just put some sections on using a Pro-ject deck and it's a very good pressing that as you would expect is quiet between tracks.
I'll package it up carefully and send if out in the UK with free P+P.
