I found this (and more) singles from Harley Poe which was released in 2015.
I really don't know to much about vinyl, all I may say is that the record itself does mot seem to have major scratches, but very fine ones, most likely due to dust.
The sleeve definitely has some marks. I tried
to capture them all on the photos.
