Stone Temple Pilots are an American rock band formed in 1989. Consisting of Scott Weiland, Dean DeLeo, Robert DeLeo and Eric Kretz. Or, it did until Weiland was fired. The band hired Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington for a small while until settling on their current vocalist, Jeff Gutt. The band have evolved through the times with genres of psychedelic rock, classic rock and more.

"No.4" was STP's fourth studio album, originally released in 1999. It fused the bands early interest in hard rock with heavy metal, as well as both psychedelic and alternative rock. It also homes one of the bands strongest performing songs, "Sour Girl".

"No.4" is a remaster of the classic album pressed on 180g heavyweight vinyl.
