Swedish rock band The Cardigans formed in 1992 and released their debut album "Emmerdale" in 1994. The initial line-up consisted of Peter Svensson, Magnus Sveningsson, Lars-Olof Johansson, Bengt Lagerberg and vocalist Nina Pesson. Their biggest hit in the UK came with the single "My Favourite Game". The band took a break after the release of their 1998 album "Gran Turismo" and saw Oskar Humlebo replace Svensson in 2012.
"Long Gone Before Daylight" is The Cardigan's 2003 album and includes singles "For What It's Worth", "You're The Storm" and "Live and Learn".
