These are all the 2012 Madfish colored reissues, imported from Europe, and are brand new. I have personal copies and they sound amazing.
W.A.S.P. is pink, Last Command is yellow, Electric Circus is blue, and Headless Children is clear.
Note: for whatever reason these came new from Madfish in a resealable sleeve with the hype stickers attached. Last Command is the only one in normal shrink wrap.
