Metallica time!  Multiple Metallica listings.  This is open/used. I bought this new when it came out and did not play it much.
The weird colors on the cover photos are reflections!  I can try to retake them if you want.

I use the Goldmine/Discogs system for grading.  Look it up if you don't know it.  VG+ is actually one grade below NM.  NOTHING gets Mint.  Unless otherwise described, vinyl grades are all visual under a strong light from multiple angles.  I try to grade conservatively.  I DO NOT want anyone forcing returns because something has noise that is not due to an obvious scratch or defect - if I see something like this I will play it and describe accordingly.  A very light scuff does not qualify as an obvious scratch or defect.  Bid accordingly!  I play grade on a high-end system.
Record was cleaned on a Nitty Gritty when it was opened.  Now in rice paper sleeves, but the original paper sleeves come with it. Side 1 visually VG++ with one very light scuff Side 2 visually NM Side 3 is NM, but there are 2 small pressing defects in track 1.  They look like little dents.  You can hear them in the lead in, but then they are silent. Side 4 is visually VG with 2 light scuffs that have a very faint scratch that you cannot hear.  The pressing defects from side 3 are also there, but they are silent after the lead in.
Jacket is VG to VG+.  There are some creases on the edges and corners, edge scuffs, and light impressions from the records.. Sleeves are VG+, a few wrinkles, edge scuffs, and slight record impressions.

I have been collecting audiophile and other records since the late 1980's, and I have many hundreds dating back to the original D2D and half-speed labels.  Some relatively obscure, some not so much.  I also have a large number of other sealed records. I am reducing my collection.  My current focus is on selling sealed items, but I have many used as well that I will sell.  I will be listing some every week.  If there is anything in particular you are looking for, feel free to let me know, and maybe I will list it.  All records have been stored upright on shelves in air conditioning since I got them.
Most listings have an offer price higher than starting bid that I will consider, and an offer price that I will automatically accept.  Never a reserve.
I am shipping USPS Priority Mail as the USPS has the right to open and inspect anything Media Mail and I don't trust that. It will cost me more than I am charging you - I am fine with that.  Anything over $100 will get some extra insurance at my expense.  I will combine shipping on multiple records, so please wait for an invoice if you win multiple items.   I ship everything in a purpose-made record shipper, wrapped with bubble wrap, corners internally reinforced with cardboard as needed, and packed tightly.  Open items are shipped with the record removed from the jacket to avoid a seam split.
I appreciate positive feedback - if you leave it for me I will leave it for you.  And if you have ANY issues PLEASE contact me before filing a complaint with ebay.
NO INTERNATIONAL SALES!!
