"Jazzmatazz Volume 1" was originally released in 1991 and is the debut studio album by American hip hop recording artist Guru.
A truly revolutionary album "Jazzmatazz" was one of the first albums to combine live jazz with rapping and hip hop production. The album has a stacked roster of musicians including Carleen Anderson, MC Solaar, Donald Byrd, Roy Ayers, Courtney Pine and more.
The album's track list comprises twelve songs including "Trust Me (ft. N'Dea Davenport)" and "No Time To Play (ft. Dee C Lee, Ronny Jordan and Big Shug)".
This version of "Jazzmatazz" is a 2014 Music On Vinyl reissue on 180g audiophile black vinyl.
