The jackets have shelf wear as well as the blank inserts.
The records have wear from play.

Shipping: We will not ship to P.O. boxes and customers who have a shipping address with a P.O. box will be asked to provide another address or their order will be canceled.

Items being returned must be returned with a return request through eBay within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping will be paid for by the seller for issues with an item that is not disclosed in the listing and refunds will be granted upon the item being returned in the exact condition that it was listed and shipped in.
Items being returned that were listed/sold in Brand New and/or Unopened Factory Sealed condition will have a 20% restocking fee if the item has been opened prior to being returned.
