Pikmin GameCube Nintendo OST VGM Vinyl Record LP + 7” Not Moonshake NEW.

"Pikmin" on 12" tri-split red/blue/yellow on vinyl + 7" vinyl; composed by Hajime Wakai; released in 2021. The bonus 7" comes in its own felt bag with a patch, a double-sided postcard, and seed paper planter. Contains 16 selections from the game, plus a bonus 7" that contains four Strawberry Flower tracks from the CD singles tied to the game. Everything about this release has blown me away. The attention to detail here is astonishing and makes so many references to the game. From the use of the game fonts, to the felt bag representing Olimar's backpack, the in-universe Hocotate Freight branding on the 7", the postcard from Olimar's family--it's all so well done and sure to please any diehard fan of the game. The planter is really cute touch, and the packing tape you need to cut open in order to get the 7" out of its jacket. The music sounds as wonderful as ever here, and it's a soundtrack that's sure to spark lots of nostalgia for those who played the game when it first released such as myself. All of the main themes and stage music are present. The game's tunes are so relaxing and do a wonderful job of conveying the beautiful nature scenery that the game has. A virtual band of Pikmin named Strawberry Flower was also used to promote the game upon release in Japan with the main single of the game: "Ai no Uta" or " Song of Love." While the song is not featured in the game itself, it was used in commercials and other promotional material. The 7" included contains "Ai no Uta" and its karaoke version, its B-side "Tears Fell" (a song sung from Olimar's perspective), and a techno remix of "Ai no Uta" from Strawberry Flower's "Pikmin Dance" EP. Overall, I really cannot praise this release enough. It's everything a fan of the series would want.
