From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . . 
This is the 4-LP Limited Deluxe Box Set with 4 extra songs not on the regular album, plus extended versions of Perfect Couples and Ever Had A Little Faith. 16 tracks in total and it also includes a double-sided poster.
The box is in excellent condition with just some slight dints on the front left edge that aren't significant and were there when it arrived.
The poster is 4 x LP-size and has been in the box apart from taking out for the picture.
The four discs come in their own album sleeves as pictured, which are like new except for a touch of rubbing at the top edge of a couple of them which I guess was from moving around in transit. 
The four vinyls all look like new and I've only played them each a couple of times. Side 1 of each disc plays at 45rpm and Side 2 plays at 33rpm. The only thing I remember is that they didn't lie completely flat on the turntable but they still played well so I didn't bother returning them.
I've just checked sections of each with a Pro-ject deck and . . .
