1989/1990 RARE/PROMO USA 7” VINYL SINGLE SET Set of 2 ultra-rare GASATANKA RECORDS promo singles by underground supergroup TATER TOTZ!!!! Tater Totz was a supergroup made up of members of Red Kross, Shonen Knife and The Runaways as well as other special guests and musicians!!! Both singles have CUT CORNERS (to notate promo copies - copies sent to us by the record label many moons ago)!! Both records are nods & tributes to THE BEATLES... hence the classic CAPITOL SWIRL-LIKE labels, yoko sketch on sleeve, INSTANT KARMA PS almost replicating the original LENNON sleeve!!! Included in the set are:

1. INSTANT KARMA! b/w WHO HAS SEEN THE WIND?/BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY
Released in 1989 on GASATANKA/GIANT RECORDS (GRI-6035-7)! Title track taken from the MONO STEREO album. INSTANT KARMA of course a JOHN LENNON COVER (and features RUNAWAY'S Cherie Currie) produced by Bill Bartell (White Flag founding member and Gasatanka Records owner). B-Side is a YOKO ONO cover along with the QUEEN classic and features the PLASTIC EASTMAN band (another nod to the Lennon/McCartney legacy). This track produced by PAT FEAR (Bill Bartell's pseudonym).

Item new / never played and is in VG+ CONDITION / Sleeve has a very slight tear on top right of sleeve near PROMO CUT. No Seam Splits or other major rips.

2. NO MATTER WHAT b/w WORKING CLASS HERO
Released in 1990 on GASATANKA/ROCKVILLE RECORDS (formerly Giant Records) (ROCK6052-7)! NO MATTER WHAT (Pete Ham Badfinger Cover) and WORKING CLASS HERO of course another JOHN LENNON classic!

Item new / never played and is in VG+ CONDITION / No Rips - No Tears (other than the PROMO CUT).

Both singles are SUPER-CLEAN and were stored in an air-tight container for almost 30 years!! Both records ship together in a resealable crystal clear polysleeve for the ultimate protection!  These singles are ultra-rare and almost impossible to find - especially in such stellar condition - Do not let these slip away!!
