From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . .
This has been on shelving unplayed for the past thirty years or so. I picked it up a little bit after release (maybe 1974) and played it from time to time for a couple of years and since then only occasionally, although it did still get moved around in boxes etc.
The sleeve shows a bit of the sign of it being in stored alongside other albums and moved around in different boxes. It has no splits or tears but does have a couple of slight creases and quite a bit of wearing to the edges.
It is the original first printing of the sleeve (as came with the first pressing). This can be seen from the layout of the text on left of rear (see close-up) where the lines "The golden rod disappeared" and "the green trouser-suit . . . " are both indented from the left. This text mis-alignment was corrected for the second pressing/printing.
The vinyl is the first pressing A1/B1. It looks shiny and clean, and just has some minor surface marks but no scratches etc.
Obviously it's not mint so I've just played it all through on a Pro-ject deck to be able to check the condition in detail. It plays perfectly with no skips and just a couple of places where you can hear a slight click. In terms of vinyl background crackle there's nothing audible during play, just on each side lead-ins and a little bit between tracks. However between other tracks it is very quiet so you can tell it's not had a lot of play and for fifty years old it's really good.
Will be packaged well and sent out in the UK with free P+P.
