WALLENSTEIN "B;ITZKRIEG" (GERMAN PILZ) 1971 LOVELY M-/M- COPY W COOL GATEFOLD Blitzkrieg from 1971 was the debut album by Wallenstein and it's usually called as their most famous and also their best studio album. And in my opinion it's indeed a wonderful LP. The record includes just four tracks and three of them are pretty damn powerful kraut/prog pieces with strong guitarwork. Especially the A-side is impressive here. "Lunetic" and "The Theme" are just fabulous. The B-side opens with "Manhattan Project" which kicks ass as well. "Audiences" is also pretty nice but it's still clearly the weakest song on this otherwise very impressive record.
