Unopened, not sure if it comes with insert.
If you would like I would prefer to open the plastic enough to get the records out to ship. This is to keep the vinyl from puncturing the outer cover during transit. This has happened to me before. Although unlikely but still could.
This is entirely up to you.
I sometimes find these hard to get records from my local B&M who specializes in import pressings.
