Sleeve is charcoal black, Misfits logo on front is violet purple, and band photographs on back are black and white or light pink. Vinyl is thick and opaque black. Big ring around the spindle hole. Unlike the represses (from 1991), on the catalog number of the B-side label (PL9-03B), the "B" is smaller than the "3".
Both sides play at 45 RPM.
Title appear as "Die,Die,My Darling" on the spine.
