Dead wax - WZRS-5389-6S Looks like a BJ or B3
Outer sleeve: VG, has some end damage and cover scuffing with ring wear.
Inner: VG generic label sleeve
Vinyl: VG, light scuffs and or scratches. No feelers and does not affect play. Label has tear from what appears to have been a sticker.

Comes with aftermarket vinyl and sleeve protector.
