RARE COMPLETE Pitman advance promotional gatefold pressing from 1982 on Epic with MJ listed as co-producer on the rear cover, printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics, RARE original glossy one-sided fan club/merchandise insert sheet with detachable mail-in order form and promotional text in the top right hand corner on the rear cover in customary gold embossed lettering!!! LP is a gorgeous VG++/NM-. Cover is a nice VG with a bit of ring.
