This is the first vinyl record album from the group Zephyr. It is a self-titled gatefold album and was released in the United States in 1969. The LP features a mix of blues, classic rock, and hard rock. The record plays well with light surface noise, but no pops, clicks or skips. There are scuff marks on the record from being used ( see photo #12). The cover has marks from its age with one split on top of the gatefold. It has catalog number ABC/Probe CPLP-4510, with run out numbers CPLP-4510A ICPF and CPLP-4510B ICPF.
The album was produced by Bil Halverson and features a talented group of musicians, including Tommy Bolin on guitar, with the lead singer Candie Givens. The Zephyr group originated in Colorado and was elected into Colorado’s Music Hall of Fame in 2019. The album was known as “The Bathtub Album” and would make a great addition to your record collection. Please view pictures again for its condition and what you are buying.
