Great example of the Latin music movement in San Francisco in the 60’s. Mongo Santamaria was at the forefront. This group features trumpets, flute, violin and of course all sorts of percussion. This vinyl is 64 years old and does show some wear under bright light. Some marks and scuffing can be seen, but nothing deep or feelable and, most importantly, none of this effects the play. Side 1 has very little surface noise, track 2 being the most noticeable, but still not bad. Track 5 has a very quick jump at the very end. Side 2 plays very well throughout. Overall - VG+. The cover has 2 issues. There is a tear on the bottom front and 2 seams have splits. Top right 1” and bottom right 3”. (see photos). The front and back are actually very clean. Because of the tear and seams, I rated it as VG. I’m selling it because it is a double in my collection. Shipping is $4.25. If you are interested in more than one record, let me know so we can work out a bundle price with reduced shipping. Shipped by USP media mail.
