I would consider the record to be in VG+ condition, there are minimal light surface markings on either side. There is no heavy damage, no warping, a little dirty/dusty.
I would consider the record sleeve to be in VG+ condition, there is minimal shelf wear, minor wear at the bottom left corner of the record sleeve (if you’re looking from the front side).
