Vinyl has been play tested and plays through VG+ with only light surface noise in the runouts and very quietest of passages. Visually I would say VG+ as well, there are light, visible marks but nothing you can feel or that causes skipping on my ProJect setup. Cover is graded Good, has a clear and obvious water damage on one corner and various other imperfections.
Has been cleaner on a ProJect vacuum record cleaner.
