There is one corner bump on the jacket (see pics). Otherwise, I would call this mint.
I purchased this new and may have played it once. Generally, I open them to check the color vinyl and them place them in a protective sleeve and file them. I've been collecting records for over 35 years and take very good care of the collection. The records will be shipped in protective mailers and insured.
