New, sealed. Notable corner dings and edgewear on sleeve due to postal mishandling, but it's not completely destroyed. Vinyl should be fine. Photos of exact copy available upon request.
Vinyl can be shipped outside of sleeve to prevent splitting, upon request, but it will remain sealed if no preference is stated.
