From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . . . 
These are two 12" test pressings, done for Overground Records, of 5 Richard Hell tracks, which are . . .  The Neon Boys - That's All I Know Right Now, Love Comes In Spurts, High Heeled Wheels Richard Hell + The Voidoids - Don't Die, Time
When I got them in early 1990s they came with a handwritten note (as pictured) from John Esplen who runs the label. It said . . 

2 test pressings enclosed. The story behind them is this. 
'Over 11' was originally a 7" 4 track only but the pressing plant got it wrong and did the record as a 12" with 4 tracks. 20 test pressings were made.
Later when the 7" had sold out it was decided a 12" + CD should be done, but with the extra track "High Heeled Wheels" and a new cat no. allocated (Over 19). A further 20 test pressings were made.

I think I played them once to check when they arrived but they've been stored away ever since. So since they are not technically mint I've just checked a few seconds of each track on a Pro-ject deck so that you know what you're getting.

The first test pressing on the left of the picture, the one made by mistake, has two tracks each side and runouts are etched . . .  Side A - OVER 11 A1  R  A PORKY PRIME CUT  Side B - OVER 11 B1  R  Side A plays at 33rpm and has That's All I Know (Right Now) and Love Comes In Spurts Side B plays at 33rpm and has Time and Don't Die

The second test pressing on the right, has three tracks on Side A and two on Side B and the runouts are etched . . .   Side A - DAMONT OVER 19 A1  Side B - DAMONT OVER 19 B1 Side A plays at 45rpm and has That's All I Know (Right Now), Love Comes In Spurts and High Heeled Wheels Side B plays at 45rpm and has Time and Don't Die

So two rare test pressings that are more or less mint. They will be packaged very well and sent out in the UK with free P+P.
