Visually under very bright light the vinyl has numerous light scuffs and play traces, the record is dusty and needs cleaning. VG+
The labels are clean, a couple of faint light spindle traces, EX
The sleeve has some general marks and wear, and some sticker removal residue to the top corner (Which could be removed) See photos VG
