Record itself is very good very gently used. Sleeve insert has some foxing and wrinkles, one side edge has an opening/rip. Jacket would probably be considered Fair, edge and corner wear, corner bending but doesn’t affect the record inside, scuffing and scratches. See photos for condition specifics.
