Imagine if Ghana diaspora house-highlife rapper Ata Kak (of Awesome Tapes reissue fame, who released his cassette and managed to track him down, resulting in a world tour) would have made a vinyl album. It could have sounded like this one by Sam T. Containing a proper house production that could have been a missing recording by Ata Kak, and several digi highlife and reggae crossover tunes with a heavy load of drum machine, synth and quirky singing. This album doesn't show up, so get your copy while it's here.
