Black Sabbath

Past Lives

Earmark 2005

Superb example of the first vinyl pressing (originally released on CD in 2002). Disc 1 is a remastered and remixed version of the first live Black Sabbath album: Live at Last, a release that was never sanctioned by the band. Tracks 1-5 were recorded at the Hardrock in Manchester, England on March 11, 1973. Tracks 6-9 were recorded at the Rainbow Theatre in London, England, on March 16, 1973. For disc 2, tracks 1 and 5-9 were recorded by RTBF for television at Theatre 140, 140 Avenue Plasky in Brussels, Belgium on October 3, 1970. The entire performance in Brussels was first broadcast on "Pop Shop" by RTBF, Belgium on January 21, 1971 (part one) & April 4, 1971 (part two). Tracks 2-4 were recorded at the Asbury Park Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey on August 5, 1975.

Fantastic, 'no expense spared' production for this limited release: Tri-fold glossy sleeve, 2 x 180g vinyls, double sided photo montage inner sleeves; book and poster. All included here with vinyls unplayed.

VINYL:

Appear unused. Near Mint

SLEEVE:

Well preserved sleeve in Excellent condition. Would be Near Mint but for a touch of fading to the spine and a bump to the top of the spine.

INNER/INSERTS:

Book and poster are Near Mint and unused; inner sleeves are Excellent with a neat split on one side.
