Vinyl(VG-) minimal minor surface marks, a handful of moderate marks(plays with minor surface noise during the quite passages), side B has a heavy scuff on the very far edge(does not affect play). Sleeve(G+) previous owner taped the top & bottom seems on the back side, bottom folded seem is torn(see images), tanning/discolorations on the back cover.
