Technically the condition is "pre-owned", however the vinyl is mint. The sleeves are good. The jacket is VG with the bottom separated from age. Please see pics for details. The record may have been played 1-2x if that. I am not a record grader. This is not a yard sale re-sell. All records come from my private family collection and have been stored upright for decades.
